I had a 2003 SBS box using BE 2011 with a 2TB USB drive attached for backups. The box is a total loss but the USB drive with the backups is fine.
I rebuilt the server with CD's and applied all patches and service packs. Installed Recovery 2011.
How do I get it to catalog all the backups on the new USB "E" drive?

I have created a new SRD for 2013R2_11.1.4.55331. It was created on Windows 10 Pro with the Windows 10 ADK installed and the Advanced option was used for the creation.
Everytime I boot from this new SRD a window pops up that no Network adaptor was found. However, when running IPConfig from the SRD the following is returned:

I created a SSR 2013 R2 USB recovery disk on Windows 10 and tested it but for whatever reason, the recovery disk created with SSR 2013 R2 with SP4 no longer has mouse support & I can only navigate using the keyboard. I have reproduced this with 32 and 64 bit USB recovery disks The SP3 version did not have this problem. Both PC's have wireless mouse and keyboards. 
I am a beginner, testing System Recovery 2013 R2 Desktop edition. I created a SRD on Win 7. I boot a computer with SRD (Windows XP on it, no System Recovery installed). testing purpose is cold backup and remote recovery. from the System Recovery on Win 7 I try to connect to SRD. it asks for credentials. I do not know which credentials to introduce. please, help.

Im currently trying the free trial of system recovery to judge if it works better than another propect backup application im evaluating.
The option to create "invidividual folder for each backup" doesnt work. I'm backing up one drive on my computer and all the backups that run are all created in the default path defined e.g \\nas2\backups\Desktop

Current backup files are names as "DESKTOP_C_Drive003.v2i"
Would like to have something like "DESKTOP_C_Drive003_01152016.v2i
im running the trial version of SSR 2013 R2 on windows 10.
I created a small .bat script that simply puts the computer to sleep. I set SSR to run this script after recvoverypoint is created.

How can i make sure a different keyabord layout is added when creating an SRD.
Example: when i select language english - i get an english keyboard (qwerty) but instead i would like to have a belgian (decimal point) keyboard layout.
How to achieve this ?
A server running Windows Server 2008 and BESR 2010 crashes.
I am attempting to perform a crash dump analysis but I get an error saying that: "Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for symsnap.sys".
I am not sure that the BSOD is related to symsnap.sys, but I need the symbols for Windows dump analysis in order to complete the analysis.
GoFlex Offsite B drive is not recognized in Status. However as screen shots show there are current recovery points. These recovery points can be accessed with recovery point browser.
Question: Why is Status showing Offsite B with red X?

Using SSR 2013 R2 SP4 with the latest build of Windows 10 Pro.
I have a problem restoring individual EFS encrypted files from a backup image.
After mounting the image as a virtual drive, when I try and copy an encrypted file back to its original location, I get:
I need to deply SSR to a group of machines. I also need to include the license regsitry key that contains the licnese for this. Can anyone enlighten me what the key will be ? SSR 2013 R2

I changed my motherboard to a ASUS Z170-A. I did a backup and it went fine. But then I tried to recover this is the message that I got. Cannot restore BIOS based recovery points on UEFI based computer. Please select a UEIF based recovery point. I don't see any UEFI recovert points in the file picks. Need some help here.
I've only just realised that SSR 2013 R2 SP4 no longer seems to suppoer server 2003, unfortunately we still have a number of 2003 servers knocking around that I need to install SSR on.
Is there a way to get this working? Either by pushing out an earlier package or some clever install method?
